Sophia has had a pretty wild time through the 2026 National Window… she’s dropped an incredible 7 seconds on her 200 Free since her heat swim at SENW Regionals at the end of March.
 
Sophia had a huge swim today at Derby XL for a 🥇 and a time 2.5 seconds faster than Leeds 3 weeks ago.
 
Sophia has shown guts, bravery, resilience and humility throughout this key part of the season, and whatever happens tomorrow Sophia, please know you have smashed it 💙💛
